Utility bills are outrageous in Sullivan

The City has control over all utilities. The electric bill went up 80%. Winters are cold. The increase started during a cold time of year. Many people are talking about leaving. If you lose your electricity, you also lose your water and sewer and garbage pick up service because the city runs it all. There is only one phone service in town. There is also one cable service. If it were not for these major problems it would be almost perfect for everything else.
