Great Place to Retire!

If you like to golf,hangout at the country club and play bridge, tennis or swim in a small town with no children around except for holiday season then this is the place for you! Sun Lakes subdivisions have 4 country clubs. Phase two is Cottonwood Club and that is were many of the clubs are located and the best pool. There is what appears to be a fine Jewelrey making studio/club and several other clubs located here. The weather is Sunny,dry and Super hot in the summer. Many residents take off for several weeks in the summer so it gets super quiet then. There is not much in the way of Arts or music here but Phoenix is close and there is a lot to do if you want to trek to the city( not that far). Chandler the town next door is booming and lots of shopping is going in. Taxes are low compared to out east or the midwest.It's a great town for age 55 and up. We have had a second home there for 5 years. Stephanie R
