Ease, quiet, remarkable natural beauty

When a friend at work heard I was moving to Sunderland, she said, "ah, I've always wanted to live in Sunderland. It has the most beautiful light." She could not have better captured the special feeling of this place, with rural fields still worked by families, organic community sustained agriculture farms, the mighty and gorgeous Connecticut River, all complemented by easy access over the bridge to I-91. Everyone I know who moves here, has loved it, and I wouldn't change it for the world.
