I have read alot of the comments on here, but most seem to be from Northeasterners moving to FL...I am a bit different...I am a late 40'ish year old man, having lived out west for the majority of my life...and I am considering a move to Tampa, FL...

Would love to get the straight scoop from those not fresh out of college, on what the housing (rental...owned a few homes, not so much!) and what the city is all about...jobs, housing, places to go, nightlife, single women MY age and where the beaches are...any help???
