We have enjoyed significant apreciation over the past three years. Now the sales of existing homes has slowed to a trickle since October of 2005. It is now April 15th 2006. When buying a home in Florida be sure to check into both flood and hurricane insurances for the home you are choosing. You may also want to be aware of sinkhole risks and property insurances pertaining to them. Education is also a problem in Florida.
