Boring, dull, stinky

Tampa is really, rather boring. The cost of living is moderately low but wages are also low. The weather is nice during fall, winter and spring, but horrendously, horridly hot and unbearably muggy during the summer. If you love sports there is plenty of football, and golf, but otherwise most people here are not the outdoorsy exercise type. As a matter of fact, Florida is one of the fattest states, which is obvious when you come here and see the large elephant ratio. If you like the water, you will love the beach, except when we get red tide in the summer which perfumes the entire bay. Also, there is a lot of sulphur around so expect some stinky mornings. Cultural activities are hard to find and when you do, make sure that you bring plenty of cash because you will be charged for parking and admission. Nothing is free here. If you suffer from allergies, run as fast as you can, as Tampa scores very high in the list of cities with nasty air quality. Honestly really, just don't come here,it sucks (and I didn't even mentioned the hurricanes).
