"Bubble," yes... Worth it? Hell, no!

I've seen greener pastures, and they are green because of proper cultivation, not due to the mound of excrement that lies beneath Tampa. Sure, there is a "bubble" across the country. Doubling in value? Doubt that's country-wide. Pony up, eh? When the wages rise to meet the housing costs, I still wouldn't pay $250,000 for a 3-bedroom on a sinkhole.
