college student wanting info on city

Im from southern ca and im currently looking into the art institute of tampa or the art institute of pittsburgh. im not to familiar with either one of the areas though and i would like some feed back. im really wanting to live some where where there is culture and diversity and things to do especialy for people around my age (im 20)also cost of living is important. any kind of info would be greatly appreciated! Thank you much!
