Tampa Is The Pits!!!!!

I resided in Tampa for 6yrs. I relocated with my then fiance from New York City. Bad move. Don't get me wrong Tampa is beautiful in terms of the weather, the scenery place to go and eat. However Tampa lacks culture, the wages are extremely low!!!! It's really a family state or a retirement state. Not for singles or people who are looking to network with those on a highter level. The job market also lacks professionalism and it's difficult to move up in a career. The school systems are not that great, they say the cost of living is so much cheaper which I still did not find. To live nice and in a decent neighborhood be prepared to pay $1350 or better. I have moved back to New York for better opportunity than what I found in Tampa for the last 6yrs years. Maybe there is crime and other issues with New York but it is diverse I have white friends, black friends asian friends and we all hang out without getting the funny looks or stares. Trust it's none of that in Tampa.
