Texarkana is two cities wrapped up in one. I love taking a mountain bike ride on the boyscout trail on Arkansas side, then going over to Texas side and playing a little disc golf at Spring Lake Park. There aren't a whole lot of other things to do though, but I give Texarkana USA props for their down home attitude and good ol' boy politics.
