Safety in the city.

I have been reading on this city. But dismayed that the police department is not so honest. When a cop can rob a elderly sick man, shown on his own body cam, and he can walk away without punishments, is not a safe city. And a cop with a history of prior infractions. If cops steal from the public they are sworn to protect and serve, not a place I can recommend.
