Beautiful area, but a very expensive place to live. Taxes in general are very high for houses and everything else is taxed as well, which makes it more expensive than it first appears. Groceries are high, amenities such as different expos, etc in the area are always charged for. In general, it depends on whether or not one has the income to support all that it has to offer.
