It is very expensive to live here, though beautiful. The city is very concerned with development. Most people here drive into the Los Angeles area for entertainment, doctors etc...

The city is very concerned with making money, as are all incorporated enclaves of the rich and famous. It is also very hot there. Nothing like out 24 hour air conditioned North West Thousand Oaks.
