Great Place all-around

It is one of the safest cities (population over 100,000) in US to live in, ranking in the top 3-5, if not #1-3, in the last 10 years. Great place to raise a family, clean air, slow growth, strict building codes, friendly people, good shopping areas. Drawbacks may be the price of homes, but then ... any place good in CA is expensive. School systems, from grade school to colleges, are also very very good. Traffic is starting to build up, but still good. Depending on where, nice hills and West Lake is close by.
Temperatures are milder than in San Fernando Valley, cooler by 10-15 degrees in the summer. Most evenings have nice cool breeze; air conditioner maybe goes on about 15 days total during the summer.
Surrounding communities, such as Westlake Village and Agoura are also very good, and peaceful. I've lived here for over 15 years and love it.
