Cute little town right outside Houston

Here you can have ALL the great stores and malls right near you, but still feel like you live in a suburban area. Housing prices are unbeatable and neighborhoods are lovely.
The only two drawbacks are the lack of bike trails and walk ways, and of course Houston's miserable weather.
