We live in Tracy, CA a suburban town of about 80,000 people. If you like the suburbs, Tracy has a lot - good schools, shopping mall, local groceries, oold historic railroad town, and close to San Francisco, about 1 hour drive, the Sierras 3 hours. It just recently renovated their historic grand theatre to a center for the performing arts. Just one thing, there's not enought "green space" for our family. We'll be looking to relocate some day soon.
