Next time your looking around the school system take notice of the kids who get put into Advanced Placement Classes. If your not from here your chances of getting your child into those classes at and early age is dependent on whether local Sally or Bubba get "close enough". They will tell you your child may have straight As and blow out the Star test but that little "not from here" has a low IQ. (They have a different name for the IQ test, but I suspect it is "observation".)
