Vancouver located next to it's larger neighbor Portland Oregon, is ideally located. Any thing you want, cultural events,international airport,thousands of restaurant's name it it's not more than a few minutes drive away. If you want a change of scenery a two hour drive will have you at the Oregon, or Washington coast,in a deep forest with lakes all around, or if you prefer desert with high butte's. Take a drive along the Columbia rive scenic hiway,or a cruise. Like to snow ski, that's also with in the same driving range. If your bored with your choices of activities or surroundings take a drive in any direction.
