What about the Scottish festival in Kelso, or the bird festival at the wildlife refuge in Ridgefield, or the plethora of festivals in Long Beach, or the live plays across the city of Vancouver, or the art festivals and farmers markets all over Clark County? I would say this is a very short sighted view. The culture in Clark County may not be as well advertised, but for those who take the initiative, it is everywhere you look.
