I,ve lived in Visalia 45 years. It used to be a very nice,clean,quite community. It is now a dirty,crowded and unattractive town. The air is filthy(you can't find on person who does't suffer from sinus problems.) I am even willing to leave family and friends to move out of here to retire.The crime rate is out of sight.
