I miss it. Everything is located in such a way that I don't have to travel far to hit all the important stores. The hospital is centrally located and offers pretty good care. I know because I was a nurse there for 12 years.
The crime rate is low compared to a lot of the places I've been researching.
But I wouldn't go back because it is so hot there for so long every year. But a lot of people like that. It is only about a 2 hour drive from Atlanta and 3 from Savannah. The Macon air port is also pretty convenient.
