West falmouth, nice place to live but way overpriced for older homes need g total renovations . Average house price is $700,000.00 and plan on doing kitchens & baths. Big problems many of these properties now deal with conservation and hmo's so check in case you want that boat in your driveway. If you want bang for your buck look into surrounding areas of Falmouth you will do much better.
