Wheeling, located on the Ohio River in the northern panhandle, is a safe and affordable place to raise a family. There are good schools, parks, children's sports activities, health care, etc. I-70 easily connects families via an easy drive to the museums, zoos, etc. of Pittsburgh, PA (50 miles N/NE)and Columbus, OH (120 miles W).
