You may not see Williamston as the greatest place on earth but I find it a welcome to come home to visit. I was born and raised in Williamston and due to being married to a military man now live in Mississippi. But there is no place like home. If the schools are not what they need to be then quit complaining and do something about it. As for welfare, the government gives these people the freedom to sit on their butts and draw it. Elect someone different in office to make a difference. Home is what you make it. Dont sit on you behind and complain if you are not going to try to make a difference. Run for office yourself. I love my hometown.
