Anyone who would describe the weather in Western New York as "perfect" must be insane. Must not have lived anywhere else in the country. Almost no sunshine here, ever. Devastating cold spells [and heating bills], numerous dreary/overcast days throughout entire year.
Summers are nice, while they last, but are very short.
