Irritation factor

We lived here seven years ago. I find the level of irritation here incredible for such a small town! I think it is related to the economy to a large degree. We rented one of the newer apartments in the area and the neighbors are horrible! Maybe I am getting old I don't know. But the inconsiderate attitude and noise is too much for me. I rack my brain every day looking for a way out of the lease. The landlord has told me they are good people and more or less I should not complain. My advice is do not move here unless you can afford a large home on a very large lot.
