Stuck in the 1950s

I have lived in Winchester since 2010. I am hated by the neighbors since I have new ideas . I am constantly micromanaged, and they gripe about every change made to my residence by my landlord.What is puzzling to me is they have central air, internet, color TV, cable, air conditioned car. None were present in the 1950s.The neighbors , despise renters as second class people. The statement was removed, but the city also had a statement ,
