Concern for my hometown

I grew up in Winters and I don't mean any harm but hope to inspire some improvement. Recently I had cause to wander the streets in search of a rental and was taken aback due the deterioration of the neighborhoods. All the delapitated homes that once stood in grandure make me sad. The city I now live in has regulations and city ordinances to prevent some of the downfalls that are contaminating the history and memories of my hometown. I don't know about the city's finances and such but I pray for my hometown every day. I blue for my Blizzards.
