Ceres is a nice small town, with a nice amount of restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The people are friendly, but a little too competitive for my taste, ( the jones), but its fairly comfortable living here. The homes in my subdivision are too close in my opinion. But the city lots are decent in size as the city requires it. So you will find most lots starting at 6500 Sq ft, and up! The police dept seems to be OK too...
