Worlands problems

I think that Worland is in a major decine, people here dont want too work, the towns fathers, dont want any change, so what Iam seeing is buisnesses leaving or just closing thier dooors, {cant get anyone too work}. If your not from here, or have established families, the town town from what I cant tell doesnt want any outside influence.
