I'm new to this site and posted a comment somewhere else I think, it doesn't appear to be here. Anyway, wanted to ask if there are some areas of CL that are safer/nicer to live than others? For instance, I'm looking at several homes on Eastview street that I really like. Is that a good street to live on? I'm trying to escape Houston which is the nastiest place on earth, I am a single, middle aged white female, am originally from SA and born in Austin! Any advice from you would be greatly appreciated, like "avoid the east side" something like that? That's just an example, I know nothing about the east side!
