There are currently three subdivisions being built in Coppell. Two subdivisions start at $400,000 and one subdivision starts at $500,000 per house. There are over 100 lots already sold in those subdivisions. How can you say Coppell is not a place for Real Estate growth. You should do your homework before making statements that are obviously incorrect.
