Houses cost too much

The houses in Miramar, Fl. cost way too much. For a house that is less than 2000 sq ft it is about 300,000 or more. its ridiculous. It makes it hard for people who have a family and bills to pay daily to buy a house for themselves. I really to wish the prices around here would decrease.
