Warren is the absolute worst place in the state of Ohio. I've lived all of Ohio in cities and towns large and small. I thought the Dayton area was the worst I've ever seen until I moved to Warren. Warren is a corrupt, rusted out town full of drug addicts, drug dealers, motorcycle gangs, street gangs, and thugs. Crime is rampant and that includes the
