Too expensive is right. With landlords asking for exorbitant deposits, and 3.5 x the rental price which is already inflated to 500 or more dollars a month than pre-pandemic it is getting to expensive to live. When you make 80k a year and get denied for a rental property it's pathetic. It is unsustainable to live here and even Airbnb's are drying up and not available. Way too expensive for what you get.
