The only reason to live or stay in Lima is if you have friends or family here. Otherwise it doesn't have much to offer. Also it is difficult to find a job in this area. There used to be many manufacturing jobs here but since many of the plants have closed in the past 5 or so years there aren't alot of job choices, especially white color jobs. The only abundant jobs here are in healthcare. There are two good sized hospitals here. A couple of good things here are the civic center and fair grounds which host a few events and small venue concerts. People around here do alot of ESPN watching to pass the time- that's a statistical fact.
