Review of Kingston, Washington

Wilder than you think
Star Rating - 9/6/2009
Kingston is wetter, windier and cooler than nearby cities. It lies in Puget Sound's 'convergence zone', where weather fronts typically collide. This makes for some interesting weather. For example, Poulsbo, just 10 minutes west, sees far fewer rain showers, less wind, and warmer (by several degrees) temps. If you love sunshine and temps in the 70's, by all means visit in July or August, but I cannot recommend you move here.
