I agree 100 percent. I am 27 and moved away from that dump when i was 18. It was the best move i ever made. The people are dumb and narrow mined. the city government is a joke. the police are crooked. there are no jobs. the river is polluted. the town is on it's way out--------THANK GOD.
MANITOWOC IS ONE OF THE WORST CITIES EVER!!!
DO NOT EVER VIST, DO NOT EVER GO THERE AND PLEASE PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF EVERYTHING GOOD----DO NOT MOVE THERE!!
