Chester's Not a Bad Place To Live

I grew up in Chester and it really isn't a bad place to live if you like living in a very populated area. It has great schools, low crime, easy access to both Richmond and Petersburg and the native people are friendly. People from Chester nod instead of speaking, which makes outsiders think they are rude but they really are friendly. The older neighborhoods ie:Dutch Gap, Chester Heights, or anywhere just off Jefferson Davis Hwy that was built prior to 1980 are the best places to live. Dutch Gap has easy access to Henricus Park and the boat landing at Vepco.
