A real gem

My wife and I have lived in Monrovia for 4 years now. It is a fantastic place to live with real Americana neighborhoods and some early 1900's architecture. We feel safe walking all around at night; the 'old town' section is great and has a street fair every Friday evening. As with most places, home values have gone up about 15%/year over the last four years. I'd recommend this area to almost anyone.
