Can anyone tell me why more homes and a small strip mall have not been built in Felton ? It seems like a very safe friendly town after being here 3 months.
but The main street is depressing on certain blocks, and you would think land here being much less than camden/ Longwood etcmore homes would of been put up before the bust. I live in a great 2 y/o rancher style apt with all appliances incl super size w/d/ quality dw/ large walk in shower, vaulted ceilings in the lr/dr area and loads of storage in the kitchen with an indoor window so you can keep in touch with your company.aPlus a huge bedroom WIC 8' X 9' with an organizer built-in with 11 shelves for various things as well as a rack for hanging shirts/pants/etc I think it is the only new comm built in quite awhile, it is only68 units but food shopping is restricted to small and very overpriced franchise convience stores/gas station combo's/a deli//acehardware and thats all.I have to drive 9 miles to Camden/Dover for any real shopping.Come on developers help us out.
