Just moved here 2 months ago. My utility bill was $160. Water usage was only $31 but the charge for sewer based on the water usage was $42. I was also charged $17.85 for reclaimed water even though it’s not turned on. If I had it turned on for a $20 turn on fee for the service I am already paying for I would then be billed a usage fee on top of the $17.85 availability fee. Trash is another $40 the recycling fee and a bunch of other bs fees. Even if you do not use water,reclaimed water,trash or recycling you will still be billed! If I don’t use a drop of water I will still be billed a $20 water fee, $40 trash fee, $17.85 reclaimed water fee, recycling fee and a bunch of other charges and taxes. It’s almost $100 even if I’m not here
