There tends to be a lot of violent crime in the city(28 shootings, 17 deaths memorial day weekend), if you go to the outskirts(burbs) its better. Problem is, then you deal with(if you're brown) violent crimes committed by police officers who will not be charged. Every summer it just gets worse.
