I have read reviews about this town improving. Are you Kidding Me! Yes homes that are being sold in Vallejo are not attracting hard-working law-abiding people. Wake Up ! Criminals from cities like Oakland and Richmond are buying homes in areas such as Somerset Highlands and setting up shop(criminal operations.. use your imagination). They are able to dangle cash in front of hungry realtors and purchase these properties. Yes, there is one prominent realtor who sells a lot of property in Vallejo and to anyone. She does not care because she is getting quick cash and won't have these people for neighbors. These individuals that buying the properties are primarily of one ethnic group. They run operations out the residence, properties are not maintained, park on lawns, clutter the property with cars, several individuals living in one house and bring down the property values in the area. The Vallejo City officials know this and do nothing about it. How sad!. Vallejo will never attract any good residents and will continue to run out the good ones. Yes, businesses are popping up, primarily food services. They will survive because residents from Benicia and American Canyon help support them, then they go back home to their safe environments. Vallejo is pitiful and will always be. They have one the worst city administration in the entire US. Vallejo is now
