This is so far from the truth, Victor is a very quiet town. I do not hear loud music coming from peoples homes and cars. I do not smell drugs or see drug crazed people running around here. The worst part is the gossip and the judge mental people that are kind of like you I hate to say. I feel very safe here, and like I said I don’t see a bunch of drug crazed people running around here. I’m sorry you have such a negative perspective of Victor
