It has many conveniences without the crime-tractor supply ,walmart,big 5,many great restuarants,Sutter hospital,post office with no lines,dmv with no lines,many recreational lakes and streams,lots and lots of specialty stores that you would not find in "major cities".And if you want to see crazy and disrespectful drivers drive 55 minutes to the major cities.I All within 20 minutes or less!Lets face it in your major cities you will sit on the freeway that long just to go a couple miles and I can go on and on
