Hamilton is a town steeped in history. The rich architectural inventory is amazing and ripe for development and improvement. The resources the area provides, given the location to the Miami River, is finally being recognized. The town is extraordinarily walkable. The bike paths along the river, whether north or south, take you to parks with work-out stations and baseball diamonds for family outings. If you have not visited the Soldiers and Sailor's Monument just over the bridge to downtown, it is a must see. Indeed, there are challenges with drugs and crime, but to suggest that this defines the town is small minded at best. I pride myself on recognizing good bones and investing early. Thus far, I have not been wrong in my intuition. Therefore, what others dismiss, I will gladly snap up for a song. Hamilton has much beautiful music yet to write. And finally, there are truly loyal Hamiltonians with deep pockets who will ensure this city thrives for the next 100 years! Cheers to Hamilton. It is a town ripe with opportunity. For those naysayers, feel free to move on...negativity not needed.
