I am curious abut Beddington, Maine as my father worked in a Veterans Bonus CCC camp in that small township (at the time 1933/1934). I attended a one-room school with a teacher who taught all 8 grades and I was the only pupil in 3rd grade. In fact there were only 9 of us in all 8 grades at that time.
