Jerry all i have learned from your two postings is that your just a bitter person who looks for nothing but the negative side of things. I was raised in California until recently when i bought a condo in fayetteville. I have gone above and beyond to embrace the different lifestyle that is fayetteville and in return i have made all kinds of new friends because i took a chance. Sure there are some people that are rude and will try and put you down, but you will find that anywhere. In one posting you stated that if the Gentlemen sold his house in San Fran he could live of the proceeds sorry to tell you that is not true. He may be able to live for a few years but not the rest of his life. You also make a statement about the number of deaths a year do to traffic accidents, that is true but did you know that most of California(since you stated west coast states) has almost triple the crime rate compared to arkansas. So sure there might be 22 deaths on average do to traffic accidents but i would much rather take that chance then to have my home broken into, my car stolen, my daughter being raped while walking to school or having a pshyco path murder roaming the streets. In all honestly how often is change really bad not much. So step out and live a little i can thing of thirty things that happen every night of the week. So do a little research and try to embrace your new city instead of looking for all the negatives.
