Bernstein Research analyst Bern (Bernstein) of VanessaLau email report that this year 85,000 tons of primary aluminum is expected to supply shortages for the first time in seven years.
The research firm said that with the growth of the global economy, demand will increase, because the auto industry will use more aluminium sheet,aluminum plate,etc products to reduce vehicle weight.
Bernstein said that before the end of 2014 China Aluminum will further cut 1 million tons of production capacity, which means that since the beginning of 2012, China has 3.2 million tons of production capacity close.
